How long does it take to arrange delivery after purchase?
We use Ninja Van as our delivery partner. We deliver to all places in Singapore, including Sentosa. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed.
The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the delivery, failing which we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip after 7 days of unsuccessful re-delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?
We provide free local delivery for orders with a total amount exceeding S$60. Orders below S$60 will incur a delivery fee of S$8.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once we have arranged the delivery for your order, we cannot accept changes to the order details or order cancellations. If you find any errors in the information after confirming the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If customers need to return or exchange goods for any special reason after receiving them, we will make arrangements based on the actual situation, but customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees to our warehouse. Please note that we do not accept returns based solely on the packaging being not vacuum-sealed. Please also note that the products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in good resalable condition.

If I want to purchase prescription food, do I need to provide a doctor's prescription receipt?
To ensure that we provide the best preventive measures for your pet, if you purchase any prescription food, you need to provide a prescription or a receipt from a previous purchase at another clinic. You can also choose to send the receipt to us via WhatsApp or email after making the purchase. Please note that we will confirm the receipt before shipping the goods.
What are your office hours?
Pettington's operating hours for veterinary pet supplies are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Our warehouse staff handles shipments from Monday to Friday and takes a rest on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
